About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter and Barista's to join the Pelaris AYZ Services team in Bandar Rimbayu, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in promoting our products and engaging with customers to drive sales and brand awareness. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, creating memorable customer experiences and contributing directly to the commercial success of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits


• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences


• Provide product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions


• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance and revenue goals


• Support the retail team with merchandising, stock management and inventory checks


• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty


• Participate in training sessions and keep up to date with product knowledge and promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail, sales or F&B roles is preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers


• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets


• Enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused attitude with a passion for promoting products


• Ability to work flexibly, including during peak trading periods and weekends when required


• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
