PR SPORTS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Host to join our sales team on a full-time basis. Based in Balakong, Selangor, you will be the face of our brand across TikTok and Instagram, showcasing our premium sports equipment to a growing audience of fitness enthusiasts and athletes. This is a strategic role that directly influences our brand presence, customer engagement, and sales performance in the competitive sports equipment market. As a Live Host, you will be responsible for creating compelling, interactive streaming content that drives product awareness, builds customer relationships, and converts viewers into loyal customers.

Key responsibilities

Host engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok and Instagram, presenting sports equipment products with enthusiasm and expertise

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications in a clear, persuasive manner to drive viewer interest and purchasing decisions

Interact authentically with live audiences by responding to comments, answering product questions, and building community engagement

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan content calendars, promotional campaigns, and product launches

Meet sales targets and KPIs whilst maintaining high standards of content quality and viewer satisfaction

Stay informed about product inventory, specifications, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and valuable information

Utilise social media analytics and viewer feedback to continuously improve content quality, presentation style, and audience engagement

Build and maintain authentic relationships with regular viewers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty

Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and enhance live hosting skills

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years experience as a live host, content creator, or sales representative on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Live, or similar streaming channels

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences authentically and maintain viewer interest

Fluency in English and Malay is preferred; additional language skills are advantageous

Genuine passion for sports, fitness, and sports equipment with product knowledge that resonates with your audience

Strong sales acumen and results-driven mindset, with demonstrated ability to convert viewer engagement into sales

Comfortable on camera with natural charisma, confidence, and the ability to think quickly and respond to live audience interactions

Proficiency in social media platforms, including familiarity with live streaming features, analytics, and best practices

Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with business objectives

Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet content schedules and sales targets

Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging social media trends and platform updates
