Job summary

YFS Corporate (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring Sales Assistants for multiple mall locations in Johor Bahru. You will welcome customers, help with product selection, and process payments at POS. Training will be provided, and a competitive salary with commission is offered.

The role requires good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, a friendly team spirit, and the ability to work weekends and rotating shifts. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent; diploma/degree is a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts.
