Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations or supply chain concepts.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems such as SAP & Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, simple analysis).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement CIP initiatives for warehouse systems to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
• Support system-related improvement projects, including process optimization and automation (System CIP).
• Provide hardware support for warehouse operations, including troubleshooting scanners, printers and related devices (BST Projects).
• Ensure smooth daily warehouse system operations, including monitoring system performance and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT & operations) to support system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis for system or process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support SAP/warehouse system transactions, data accuracy, and inventory integrity.
• Maintain proper documentation for system processes, changes, and improvements.
• Train and guide users on system usage and best practices when required.
