Job summary

YOFC INTERNATIONAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator Executive to provide administrative, coordination, and system support to the Sales Director.

This role focuses on sales administration, system management, reporting, documentation, and coordination rather than direct selling. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Project, and other teams to ensure accurate sales data, smooth processes, and timely reporting in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support or related role preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems; attention to detail emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director on daily sales-related matters.
• Manage, update, and maintain sales information in the internal sales system and other platforms.
• Ensure sales data, customer information, orders, and quotations are entered accurately in the system.
• Prepare regular sales reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Project and other teams on sales matters.
