Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Real Estate Salesperson license is required.
• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the activities of the team.
• Review voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments.
• Maximize the sales team's productivity through process improvements.
• Oversee office transaction tracking (listings, sales/leases, expenses, reimbursements).
• Interact with clients on property tours and resolve issues.
