Job summary

CCI Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd in Sepang, Selangor invites an motivated Operation & Sales Executive to join our team. You will support daily operations, assist customers, and contribute to sales activities to ensure smooth daily business.

This role requires good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational tasks and administrative work.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels.
• Assist customers with product/service information.
• Follow up with potential customers and assist in closing sales.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other necessary documents.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist the team with daily business activities and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure good customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
