Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Executive (Temporary Staff) in Malaysia to prepare and analyze sales reports, ensure data integrity, and support channel activation programs and events.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to drive effective campaigns and post-event analysis. The role requires 1–3 years of sales support experience and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, preferably in a direct selling or FMCG environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in event coordination is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, monitoring sales trends, churn rates, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Ensure sales data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with Sales, Finance, and IT teams, identifying data inconsistencies, and recommending process improvements.
• Support the planning and execution of channel activation programs, coordinating with field sales, Marketing, and Operations teams and tracking program effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and executing sales events, roadshows, and product launches, including coordination of logistics, materials, vendors, and on-ground or virtual requirements.
• Prepare post-activation and post-event reports, consolidating performance results, feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide sales operations and administrative support by maintaining sales tools, product updates, presentation materials, documentation, and logistics for sales meetings, conferences, and incentive activities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and events and address sales-related requirements.
