Responsibilities

• Sales Order & Quotation Processing: Prepare, process, and track sales quotations, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and related documentation accurately.
• Data Management & Excel Reporting: Perform numerical calculations, maintain customer records, and compile sales data/reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Administrative & Project Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, project coordination, filing, and managing administrative workflows.
• Customer & Cross-Functional Liaison: Handle client inquiries via phone or email, follow up on order statuses, and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, supply chain).
• Workflow & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, organize sales team schedules, and support ad-hoc administrative tasks in a fast‑paced MNC environment.
