Job summary

United Ms Electrical Mfg – Rawang, Selangor is seeking a proactive Administrative Sales Coordinator to support Sales and Regulatory teams. You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in sales coordination, customer service or administrative support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Regulatory teams and handle ad-hoc duties.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
• Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices and other sales documents.
• Liaise with local and overseas customers and vendors regarding payment requirements and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and other required reports.
• Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Store, Logistics and Administration to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain records and documentation related to sales activities.
• Follow up on customer requirements and provide timely updates to relevant departments.
