Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Penang to optimize revenue and supply through data-driven decisions. You will bridge customers, sales teams, and Intel factories, building analytics for forecasting, budgeting, and planning while improving data governance and reporting capabilities.

The role involves managing the order-to-cash cycle, collaborating across units, and implementing processes for multiple sales ops functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SD experience or certification preferred.
• ERP systems knowledge relevant to manufacturing and sales operations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and back-office, coordinating between customers, sales, and factory to optimize revenue and supply.
• Handle order types, invoices, JIRA requests, pegging and invoicing, and expedite/change requests.
• Develop analytics for forecasting, budgeting, and planning to support sales operations.
• Deliver training on sales processes and ensure data quality and governance.
