Job summary

Strong BI skills (Power BI/Tableau) and programming with SQL/Python/R are required, along with experience in supply chain environments. This is an on-site role in Penang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a relevant field; 4+ years experience for degree holders, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Strong data analytics and data visualization skills with BI tools.
• Hands-on experience SQL/Python/R for data management and modeling.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes and costs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, operations and procurement teams.
• Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights for decision making.
• Support continuous improvement and scalability of supply chain systems.
