Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Business Operations Advisor to join our Kulim team. You will support customers and colleagues with material and order documentation, coordinating with planning and production to ensure on-time shipments.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in customer-facing roles or 3 years of related experience, plus SAP knowledge. This on-site position offers growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in a customer-facing role, or 3 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about order status via email and phone.
• Provide quotations, review purchase orders, and respond within 24 hours.
• Coordinate date management with planning for on-time shipments.
• Generate documentation such as order confirmations, proforma invoices, and proofs of delivery.
• Track KPIs and report if objectives are at risk.
• Provide customer documentation created by Eng/QA teams (installations, drawings, manuals).
• Update and upload information into customer databases.
• Expedite shipments in collaboration with Sales and Product Management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics to meet customer needs.
• Engage with Product Management and Account Managers regularly.
• Adhere to company policies and look for process improvements.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
