Job summary

techware Group in Malacca City, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Admin to coordinate order processing, liaise with production and logistics, and provide daily updates to customers. The role reports directly to the Managing Director, Sales Director and Finance Head.

Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, invoicing, handling shipments, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support. Onsite position at Bukit Rambai area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in sales admin teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin would be an added advantage due to diverse clients.
• Proficient in computer-aided systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review customers' purchase orders, check designs, prices and submit for approval before creating sales orders.
• Follow up on pending orders and liaise with departments to provide daily updates to customers; update portal with delivery dates.
• Arrange shipments with logistics and ensure orders are delivered as promised.
• Inform team about new orders and allocation of sales orders with production.
• Manage invoicing and shipments; provide general admin support to the team.
