Job summary

techware Group in Malaysia seeks a Sales Admin & Logistics Coordinator to review orders, liaise across departments, and ensure timely invoicing and delivery. You will coordinate with production and logistics teams, manage documentation, and support the admin function. 2–3 years’ experience and strong Excel skills are required; English is essential, Mandarin is a plus.

Onsite role based in Bukit Rambai. Electrical goods and supply chain familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales admin or similar role.
• Experience handling LMW is preferred.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin an asset for stakeholder comms.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office; knowledge of SQL/Dynamic.
• Onsite work in Bukit Rambai, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders, verify design versions and prices before approval.
• Follow up on orders and liaise with departments to provide daily updates to customers.
• Arrange shipments with logistics and ensure orders are delivered as promised.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams on order allocations and invoicing.
• Provide general admin support and manage invoicing and document filing.
