Job summary

Felco Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based wholesaler distributing branded healthcare products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and clinics. The role involves daily outlet visits, processing sales orders, and conducting product training to enhance customer service.

Diploma holders or equivalents are encouraged to apply. Fresh grads or candidates with pharma/medical experience are welcome, with salary based on experience and allowances plus commissions

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Represent teams with prior pharma/medical experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with field sales experience from other industries can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Make orders of products and process Sales Orders and purchase orders in existing customer outlets.
• Chase and follow up the Purchase Orders in existing customer outlets.
• Arrange and stock count products in orderly manner with correct item descriptions and price tags.
• Visit and service outlets daily.
• Provide product training to person-in-charge to maintain and improve customer service.

Job description

1) Make order of products and processing Sales Order and PO in existing customer's outlet

2) Chasing and follow up the Purchase Order in existing customer's outlet

3) Arrange & stock count products in orderly manner and complete with correct item description and price tag.

4) Visit and service outlet in daily

5) Provide product training to person-in charge to maintain and improve customer service

5) Own transport - travelling to visit customer in daily

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent, any field

Representatives with prior experience in related pharma/medical experience or fresh graduate is encourage to apply.

Candidates with field sales experience from other industries can be considered

Salary (Based on experience) + Petrol Allowance + Handphone Allowance + Commission + special incentives
