• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the business objectives of Company.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with general practitioners (GPs), specialists, insurers, and corporate partners to drive patient referrals.
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate clients.

Marketing Campaigns:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote day surgery services to target audiences.
• Plan and implement targeted healthcare marketing initiatives that comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
• Coordinate branding and promotional material in both print and digital formats.
• Enhance patient experience by incorporating feedback and ensuring high standards of service.
• Organize outreach programs and health talks to educate communities about day surgeries.

Budgeting and Reporting:

• Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.
