Job summary

Primelay Flooring in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our dealer and project sales efforts and shape the company’s growth.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, trade, and dealer channels, manage the team, and report to the Managing Director on outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/marketing with 2+ years in leadership, experience in building materials or flooring, and a degree in business or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital marketing efforts (website, SEO, social media, lead generation).
• Keep good relation with existing clients & follow up with team.
• Represent Primelay at trade shows and industry events.
• Report directly to the Managing Director on sales and marketing outcomes.
