Private Advertiser in Kota Kinabalu seeks a Marketing and Sales Executive to drive growth for IBS and roofing products, identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and develop effective marketing strategies.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business, and at least 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for IBS and roofing products.
• Identify and approach potential clients including contractors, developers, and architects.
• Prepare and present proposals, demonstrations, and technical support to clients.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, digital and traditional, to boost brand awareness.
• Organise industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
