Private Advertiser in Kota Kinabalu seeks a Marketing and Sales Executive to drive growth for IBS and roofing products, identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and develop effective marketing strategies.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business, and at least 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives are on offer.

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

About Us: We are a leading roofing and IBS manufacturing company seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our market presence and drive sales growth.

Position Summary:To drive sales growth and market expansion for the company’s IBS and roofing products by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for IBS and roofing products.
• Identify and approach potential clients including contractors, developers, government agencies, and architects.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical support to clients.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Marketing

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote products and brand awareness.
• Organize or participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and customer needs.
