PRO-LANDSCAPE STRUCTURE SDN BHD is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue across Malaysia. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, present solutions, and close deals while coordinating with project managers.

Travel nationwide is required, with a competitive basic salary and performance-based commissions. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in a related field with at least two years in Sales/Marketing, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and excellent

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Have persuasive sales and negotiating skills.
• Solid networking with local community.
• Driven & Enthusiastic towards achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist to walk in & existing customer requirements, and presenting appropriately towards sales objective.
• Assists in communication of potential sales leads, both online and over the phone; acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Attends sales meetings with clients to review prospective projects.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Assists account or project manager in the execution of the management plan for the assigned projects.
• Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations, negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications.
• Monitor & follow-up the progress of existing & upcoming project.
• Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed target set by the company.
