Job summary

Public Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote banking products, build client relationships and tailor financial solutions for clients. You will execute sales strategies for Hire Purchase or Commercial/Consumer Loans and collaborate with internal teams to secure loan approvals.

The role requires a minimum SPM with 5 passes and at least 3 years in sales or customer service; fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 5 passes and 3 years of working experience.
• Result oriented with strong desire to sell.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Experience in sales and customer service will be an added advantage.
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply; training in sales and marketing techniques will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to promote and market Hire Purchase OR Commercial/Consumer Loans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure prompt loan approval and execution.
