Job summary

Public Bank Berhad is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote banking products, build client relationships and tailor financial solutions for clients in Malaysia. The role involves executing sales strategies for Hire Purchase or Commercial/Consumer Loans, pursuing new business, and supporting campaigns and product launches.

Candidates should have SPM with passes or a diploma/degree, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 5 passes and 3 years of working experience.
• Result oriented with strong desire to sell.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Experience in sales and customer service will be an added advantage.
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply. Training in sales and marketing techniques and product knowledge will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to promote and market either Hire Purchase OR Commercial/Consumer Loans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure prompt loan approval and execution.
