Job summary

Oriental Yuhong is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead market expansion in East Malaysia, with a focus on building a local distribution network and strong customer relationships. Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Established local customer or distribution network is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred.
• Willing and able to travel within East Malaysia.

• Develop new sales channels across East Malaysia, including distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure effective market execution.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, channel development, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, waterproofing, or related industries.
• An established local customer or distribution network is highly desirable.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to business communication needs.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Willing and able to travel within East Malaysia as required.
