MCC Industrial Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Ulu Tiram, Johor, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our industrial automation sales team, develop strategies, and expand key client relationships to hit targets.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in a related field, 3–5 years in sales management, strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and Mandarin is compulsory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management or industrial sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Mandarin language is COMPULSORY.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
