• Manage and grow relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territories.
• Ensure effective execution of sales promotions, trade activities, and brand initiatives at customer outlets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to support business growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal execution.
• Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support commercial initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on market performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably within FMCG, Beverage, Alcohol, or Consumer Goods industries.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer management, and market execution.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
