You will lead a sales-driven team, develop strategies to grow revenue, coach staff on product demonstrations and closing techniques, and ensure superb customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and improve sales performance.
• Monitor daily sales results, KPIs and individual productivity.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, demonstrations, customer engagement and closing techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, staff scheduling and product displays.
• Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve objectives.
• Support promotional campaigns, roadshows and in-store activities.
• Maintain proper stock coordination and sales documentation.
• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable and results-oriented sales team.

We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager in Ipoh. Key responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and improve sales performance.

Monitor daily sales results, KPIs and individual productivity.

Coach team members on product knowledge, product demonstrations, customer engagement and closing techniques.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Oversee daily showroom operations, staff scheduling and product displays.

Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

Support promotional campaigns, roadshows and in-store sales activities.

Maintain proper stock coordination and sales documentation.

Lead by example and build a positive, accountable and results-oriented sales team.

About you

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

Candidates with team leadership or supervisory experience will have an advantage, but it is not compulsory.

Experience in retail, consumer electronics, home appliances, furniture, automotive or other high-value consumer products is an advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, responsible and target-driven.

Willing to learn, take initiative and develop leadership capabilities.

Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
