Job summary

Alfa Cultural Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team in promoting health and wellness products, following up with customers, and assisting with daily sales activities. You will gain hands-on sales and customer communication experience, learn lead follow-up and closing techniques, and work with the marketing team on promotions.

This internship offers exposure to product presentations and CRM updates, focusing on customer relationships in the wellness

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and willing to communicate with customers.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Interest in sales, health products, wellness, or e-commerce is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
