BloomThis is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operation Coordinator to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting targets across corporate and offline channels.

You will identify new business opportunities, respond to RFPs, prepare quotations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to retain and grow accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends occasionally, depending on client or event needs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs and follow up on enquiries.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Conduct cold calling and make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and support.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Close sales and manage clients through the closing process to meet targets.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing and promotional activities for corporate and offline sales.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
• Provide retail and operational support at BloomThis outlets when needed.
• Support weekend or event-based operations as necessary.
