Your 1 to 2-Year Accelerated Journey

This program provides a rotational, hands‑on experience to build your expertise in B2B sales and sales management:

• Core Sales Operations & Client Acquisition: Gain hands‑on experience in various sales roles, prospecting, conducting customer presentations, and learning our selling approach.
• Account Management & Strategy: Work closely with seniors to manage key customer accounts, analyse market trends, draft commercial proposals, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Sales Leadership Preparation: Learn operational management and play a part in key commercial projects to prepare you for a future management position within the business.

General Job Responsibilities:
