You will source potential partners, manage leads, present opportunities, and support onboarding and launch of new franchises. The role offers a base salary with commissions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• Good communication and sales abilities.
• Confident, proactive and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple leads independently.
• Strong command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Find and follow up with potential franchise partners via calls, WhatsApp, email, and networking.
• Build and manage franchise sales leads.
• Present franchise opportunities and close deals.
• Handle franchise enquiries and support signing processes.
• Source potential shop locations and landlords.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Support franchisees during setup and launch.
• Maintain relationships with franchise partners and clients.
