Job summary

Wipro Consumer Care (LDW) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor/Executive to manage distributors in Pahang and coach a local sales team. You will plan and drive results, monitor Sell In/Sell Out targets, and ensure timely feedback to close gaps.

Your role focuses on optimizing trade spends, executing promotional plans, and maintaining healthy distributor stock levels to meet company targets in the Pahang region.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
• Exceptional relationship management & interpersonal skills.
• Good team handling skills.
• Willing to shift to Pahang.

Experience

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in FMCG Trade Field Sales in Pahang as Supervisor
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG Trade Sales as Executive/AM in Pahang
• Experience in managing distributor and sales team
