Job summary

WINTOO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. seeks a dynamic B2B/field sales professional to expand customer footprints in the Malaysia market. You will source accounts, conduct live solutions demonstrations, and lead price negotiations to close win-win deals.

Collaboration with Marketing and Product teams will align offerings to client needs. Local travel across the territory is required. The role emphasizes a target-driven mindset, excellent communication, and a strong self-motivation to hit sales milestones

• Execute targeted territory sales plans to expand Wintoo’s customer footprint and achieve sales goals.
• Source new prospective accounts via cold call outreach, networking events, and industry expos.
• Conduct live solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Gather market feedback, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform future strategy.
• Lead contract discussions and price negotiations to deliver win-win sales agreements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to align solutions with client demands.
• Track pipeline activity, record client contacts, and update account progress consistently in the CRM system.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to answer inquiries and advise clients effectively.
