Conduct live product demonstrations and articulate the value of WINTOO wellness products to site visitors.

Uncover client needs through effective questioning and recommend ideal product choices.

Follow our systematic step-by-step sales methodology to ensure structured client engagement.

Discharge field duties at assigned commercial sites, promotional setups, and designated locations.

Develop practical hands-on proficiency in pitch delivery, customer persuasion, and closing sales.

Complete all organized training sessions covering product updates and advanced sales methods.

Receive practical, on-the-ground coaching beside experienced team leads during client interactions.

Hit targeted monthly goals to unlock lucrative performance-based commission packages.
