Job summary

EasyParcel Sdn Bhd is hiring in Penang for a sales executive role. You will call potential business customers, understand their shipping needs, and recommend EasyParcel’s solutions. The role offers a base salary with commissions and room to grow with performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (part-time, retail, promoter, telesales) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call potential business customers (online sellers and SMEs) to introduce EasyParcel’s shipping solutions.
• Ask questions to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Grow existing customer accounts and keep CRM records up to date.
• Work with teammates to hit sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Call potential business customers (mainly online sellers and SMEs) to introduce EasyParcel’s shipping solutions
• Ask questions to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
• Follow up on sales leads and turn them into customers
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Find opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
• Keep customer records accurate in our CRM system
• Work with teammates to hit sales goals
• Enjoys talking to people and is comfortable making calls every day
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
• Is motivated by targets, commission and personal achievement
• Communicates well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Speaks Mandarin (an added advantage)
• Can work independently and as part of a team
