Job summary

BEE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in freight forwarding and logistics. You will identify new sales leads, nurture existing clients, and negotiate deals to meet targets.

Candidate must communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English, with Mandarin a plus; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential. Monthly compensation includes performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in freight/logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new sales leads in freight and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets.
• Research prospects to build a client portfolio.
• Represent the company in negotiations with shippers and carriers.
• Follow through on customer issues until resolution.
