Tai Sin Electric Cables (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and orders from our Johor customer base.

You will aggressively pursue collections and ensure smooth banking-in of payments, while maintaining deep product knowledge and market feedback to support marketing plans. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and has proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for collections and banking-in collections.
• Understanding of the company’s products and services.
• To feedback market information and to implement company marketing plan.
• Responsible for receiving orders and servicing the company’s customer base in Johor.
• Require to travel outstation when necessary.
