Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Penang is seeking an EXECUTIVE, AUTO FINANCE to cultivate strong relationships with car dealers and drive financing opportunities. You will gather customer information, perform KYC checks, and submit loan applications efficiently.

You will also provide after-sales service, manage loan disbursements per policy, promote auto financing products, and handle ad-hoc duties as required. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in related field/industry.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealers (new and used) to generate business opportunities.

• Provide excellent after-sales service to both dealers and customers, ensuring a smooth financing process.

• Actively promote the companys auto financing products and services.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder, with 1-2 years of Sales experience in relatedfield/industry.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Fluent inlocal dialects is additional advantage.
• Good in interpersonal skill and basic computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel andPower Point.
