Job summary

DERMIQUE COSMECEUTICALS SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Sales Executive and Business Development professional to recruit exclusive dealers and expand the brand's presence across Malaysia. You will identify potential partners, visit salons and aesthetic businesses, present products, and onboard new outlets to grow the dealer network.

The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to travel frequently within Malaysia to build lasting relationships and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or dealer recruitment.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic, salon, or professional service industry is an advantage.
• Ability to recruit dealers/partners or franchise-style outlets.
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new exclusive dealers by developing new beauty outlets or branch locations under the brand.
• Identify and onboard authorized dealers to carry the brand's products and treatment services.
• Conduct face-to-face visits, presentations, and detailed product introductions to potential dealers.
• Develop new market areas and expand brand presence across Malaysia.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both exclusive and authorized dealers.
• Support dealers with product knowledge, treatment concepts, and basic business guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams on dealer onboarding, promotions, and marketing support.
• Prepare basic sales and dealer reports for management review.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Recruit new exclusive dealers by developing new beauty outlets or branch locations under the brand. Identify and onboard authorized dealers (existing beauty salon or aesthetic business owners) to carry the brand's products and treatment services. Focus primarily on expanding the exclusive dealer network, including branch setup, territory development, and dealer onboarding across Malaysia.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit new exclusive dealers by developing new beauty outlets or branch locations under the brand
• Identify and onboard authorized dealers (existing beauty salon or aesthetic business owners) to carry the brand's products and treatment services
• Conduct face‑to‑face visits, presentations, and detailed product and treatment introductions to potential dealers
• Develop new market areas and expand brand presence across Malaysia
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both exclusive and authorized dealers
• Support dealers with product knowledge, treatment concepts, and basic business and sales guidance
• Coordinate with internal teams on dealer onboarding processes, promotions, and marketing support
• Prepare basic sales and dealer reports for management review
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

What we're looking for:

• Proven ability or strong interest in recruiting dealers, partners, or franchise‑style outlets
• Comfortable with outdoor sales, salon visits, and frequent travelling within Malaysia
• Good communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Organized in managing dealer information, follow‑ups, and basic sales reporting
• Willing to travel and explore new market areas
• Consistent commission driven by recurring stock purchase
