In this role you will be responsible for:

• Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by proposing the company's products and services at optimised pricing levels.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry benchmarks and competitor movements to effectively position Rentokil Initial’s unique value propositions.
• Prospect Generation: Actively prospect, develop a healthy sales pipeline and execute strategic market development initiatives.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct on‑site inspections and client visits to assess needs, deliver presentations and propose tailored make solutions.
• Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts; urgently resolve client complaints and handle customer queries in accordance with company policy.
• Sales Administration: Manage day‑to‑day administrative sales workflows, including drafting proposals, executing service agreements and maintaining the system.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance departments to ensure seamless service execution and collection of payment.
• Agility: Maintain flexibility to support the broader business on ad‑hoc projects and urgent operational tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: Proven track record in B2C/& B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales (experience in service industries, pest control, or hygiene is a strong advantage).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Attributes: Highly agile, resilient, and comfortable conducting hands‑on on‑site inspections at client premises.
• Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable utilising modern systems and mobile sales tools to track KPIs.
• Mobility: Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent client visits in outstations.

• Multi‑lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
