• Solid communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Georgetown, manage time effectively, and perform independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in property development, real estate sales, or marketing is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
• High level of professionalism, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed for property events.

Role Description
