Air Liquide in Malaysia is recruiting a skilled technician to organize cylinder filling and ensure readiness for filling, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes careful inspection, maintenance, and proper labeling of cylinders in accordance with government regulations.

Ideal candidates have a technical background with 0–3 years of experience, and will work within Air Liquide's safety-focused environment to support production facilities and ensure reliable gas supply

Formación

• Technical degree or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year experience or 3 years with High School + 3y experience required.

Organize the cylinder filling to minimize cylinder handling. Before out-off, fill the cylinder on stock. After out-off, fill the cylinder to cover customer requirements.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Cylinder Checking; includes physical inspection of new and return cylinders & bundles such as : year test or tube accessories, Paints, Valves, Caps etc. Check condition of frame bundles and manifold, and sort between ready-to-fill cylinders and bundles and cylinder and bundles to maintenance area
2. Cylinder Maintenance : Inspect the cylinder treatment equipment such as hydrotest machine, dryer, painting equipment, oven before operation to be safe and can be operated properly. Cylinder or valve leak test before install it using soapy water. Painting the cylinder in accordance with government compliance and standards. Conduct Cylinder testing with hydrotest machine in accordance with government regulation. Conduct valving-devalving of cylinder in accordance with AL safety standards. Conduct drying & vacuum bake oven of cylinders. Ensure the conformity of the cylinders according to the color and its gas. Ensure the handover process of cylinder to filling area conduct properly and Initialize GTS barcode on the cylinder after maintenance process.
3. Cylinder Accessories : Conduct replacement of a defect accessories. Install the cap and valve type according to gas and cylinder allocation. Attached stickers according to product specifications and grades.
4. Quality Check Maintenance : Conduct quality check of dew point check per batch cylinder VBO as product specification needed. Ensure the integrity of quality of all products. Must be qualified to do functional testing on analyzers
