Job summary

IRIS Corporation Berhad is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, while identifying opportunities through market research and active engagement with customers. You will nurture key accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and post-sales support is delivered effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, lead qualification, and market research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
