Job summary

NK Luck Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a driven marketing and sales candidate to grow sales in the assigned territory. You will implement product promotion strategies, detail doctors and clinics, and prepare plans aligned with company macro goals.

Travel and own transport are required to meet customers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have at least SPM, good communication, and the ability to manage people.

Qualifications

• Min SPM (secondary school leaving certificate)
• Experience in pharmacy or clinic is an added advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to manage people
• Disciplined, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented
• Must possess own transport with valid D class driving license
• Willing to travel outstation
• Fresh graduates with enthusiasm are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Carry out marketing and sales activities to maintain and develop sales in the assigned territory
• Implement product promotion strategy and generate business
• Adhere to criteria for doctor/pharmacist visits in the area
• Detail doctors as guided by Managers and Company
• Prepare sales and marketing plans for product promotion
• Optimize service quality, business growth and customer satisfaction
• Report market and competitor activities and provide reports
• Plan individual/team goals to achieve preset sales targets within time and cost parameters
• Collect payments from assigned accounts within the stipulated timeline

Job description

To carry out marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of assigned territory/area in accordance with agreed business plans

Implementation of product promotion strategy and generation of business

Adhere to the criteria laid down for doctor/pharmacist visits in assigned areas

Detailing to doctors as per the guidance from Managers and Company

Preparing sales & marketing plans for promoting various products in accordance with macro plans of company.

Optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information

Planning individual/team goals to achieve pre-set sales targets within time & cost parameters

To collect payment from assigned accounts within the stipulated timeline

Job Requirements :

Min SPM

Experience in pharmacy or clinic will be an added advantage

Disciplined, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure and independently.

Must possess own transport with valid D class driving license
