Job summary

Sports Express Melaka is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and support our retail operations. You will assist customers, promote sports gear, handle quotations, and contribute to daily sales activities.

You will work in a friendly environment with training provided, opportunities for growth, and a focus on service excellence across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage.
• Interest or knowledge in sports products is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Training and product knowledge provided.

• Support promotional campaigns and sales activities
