Job summary

Sports Express Melaka is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team in Melaka. You will assist customers, recommend products, handle daily sales, and support in-store and online inquiries.

Responsibilities include promoting sports gear, preparing sales documents, managing stock, and supporting campaigns. Training is provided; opportunities for growth and a friendly environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage
• Interest or knowledge in sports products is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
