Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a Store/Sales Supervisor to assist the Store/Branch Manager in daily operations and staff performance in Tanjong Malim, Malaysia. You will drive sales targets through proactive selling, coach the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining pristine visual merchandising and stock control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store supervision (sports retail experience is an advantage).
• Candidates proficient in Store Metrics such as AUP (Average Unit per Transaction), IPT (Items per Transaction), and ATV (Average Transaction Value) will have an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about sports, active lifestyle, and retail excellence.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.

• Act as the person-in-charge in the absence of the Store / Branch Manager.
