Job summary

Gaabor by Jet Commerce, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to manage existing accounts and drive growth across Southeast Asia. The role requires strong English, Malay and Mandarin communication and a willingness to travel to meet clients.

You will develop sales strategies, build relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and ensure timely payments while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and markets.
• MS Office proficiency for reporting and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts & Drive Growth: Handle existing accounts and pursue new business to meet sales targets.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build Client Relationships: Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions and enhance satisfaction.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales and other departments to maximize sales opportunities.
• Execute Sales Activities: Conduct prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Manage Payments: Ensure timely payment collection and manage accounts receivable.

Requirement

• SPM/Diploma in Business or any related studies
• 2 to 3 years working experience in consumer product will value added
• Good communication skills (English, Malay and Mandarin)
• Mandarin Speaking is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willing to travel
