Job summary
Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Beauty Consultant to join our consultation and sales team at a luxury aesthetic and medical centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive high-value sales through expert consultations and personalized treatment recommendations.
You will lead with strong communication, coach junior staff, and collaborate with doctors to deliver exceptional patient experiences while building lasting client relationships and driving retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in the aesthetic, beauty, medical, or luxury wellness industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record in consultation and high-value sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and customer-focused.
- Exposure to advanced aesthetic and regenerative medicine technologies.
- Continuous professional training and development.
Responsibilities
