Job summary

Kita Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Bid & Pre-Sales Professional to manage tender qualifications, write proposals, and coordinate responses. You will conduct sales pitches, product demonstrations, and market research to identify opportunities and craft compelling solutions.

You will build technical relationships with prospects and clients, ensure pricing coverage in bids, and coordinate post-bid reviews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of company's products and service offerings
• Attend to customer requests for Tenders, RFQs and RFPs, etc.
• Manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities
• Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, highlighting the technical features, benefits, and value of the Company's solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through customer visits, networking, and market research
• Assist with specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
• Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers
• Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award
• Responsible for analyzing market to determine the ideal customer for a given product
• Work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
• Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers
• Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company's benefit
• Commission can be discussed during interview session
